Our HIP Ordering System

Our HIPS online ordering is being provided by Quest Associates. Quest have over 25 years experience in developing software systems for the home buying sector and their experience and expertise were vital factors in The Conveyancing Report Agency’s choice of software provider.

The systems are built with traffic light status and email / text alerts, which provide information to all parties as to the status of each key element of the HIP.

The key features of the online ordering system are:

• Web-based interface with no software installation required
• Easy to navigate and quick to use – user-friendly
• Regular ‘milestone’ update e-mails and SMS sent ensuring user is kept up to date as the HIP is compiled, most importantly being instantly informed when a property is ready to be openly marketed
• Free online access to the HIP for vendors and any potential purchasers
• Free access to Land Registry price comparable data
• Links all parties involved within the HIP process

The HIP can be assembled electronically (pdf format) at any stage of the production process, thereby allowing estate agents to market the property at the earliest opportunity.
