Flexibility

The Conveyancing Report Agency aims to be flexible in its approach to HIPS, whether you need the full HIP or certain parts of the HIP. Our core business is the supply of conveyancing information data. With CRA Searches’ multifunctional HIP this process allows you to use your existing professional relationships and also to build new relationships.

Non-Exclusive

We will not ask you to sign any exclusive agreements for the supply of your HIP’s. We have faith in our product and service and we hope that you will too. In any case we encourage open communication and will make improvements or changes that may improve your HIP ordering experience.

Speed

The Conveyancing Report Agency aims to deliver the completed HIP in 7 working days. However, from our experience in the search industry, this can be dependent on the local authority. There may also be delays in obtaining leasehold documents which is out of our control. As always, we will keep you informed of what the expected turnaround will be.
